Perry Leon

VICE PRESIDENT

Perry Leon joined TZP Group as a Vice President in March 2022. Prior to TZP, Perry was a Vice President at AEA Growth where he sourced and executed growth equity and buyout investments across a variety of industries including tech-enabled business services, consumer, fintech, healthcare, and technology. Prior to joining AEA Growth, Perry was an investment professional at Platinum Equity and M/C Partners, where he sourced, executed, and monitored various investments across the TMT and industrials verticals. Perry began his career as an investment banker at Barclays.

Perry has a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
