Michael Morgan

PRINCIPAL

Michael Morgan joined TZP Group in November 2014. Michael began his career in 2007 as an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Jefferies & Company. In 2009, Michael joined Greene Holcomb Fisher as an Associate where he provided M&A advisory services.  While pursuing his M.B.A. at the University of Chicago from 2012 to 2014, Michael worked at Svoboda Capital and May River Capital, where he analyzed and executed lower middle-market private equity transactions. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of BigName Holdings, LLC d/b/a Envelopes.com, Dynamic Communities TopCo, LLC, ALSR Holdings LLC d/b/a Resolvion, Awareness Technologies, Inc., and Akerson Enterprises LLC d/b/a Kindred Bravely. 

Michael received his B.B.A. with Distinction from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business in 2007 and his M.B.A. with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2014.
