Robert Saffer

Rob Saffer joined TZP Group in September 2026, focusing on capital raising and institutional investor relationships. Prior to joining TZP, Rob spent more than 30 years at leading investment banks, where he held Managing Director roles and worked with major asset managers and institutional asset owners to manage trading risk and reduce transaction costs.

Rob serves as an independent trustee of the Boca Raton General Employee Pension Fund, a position he has held for six years, and has served as chair of its Investment Committee for the past four years. His experience combines institutional client relationships with a pension trustee’s perspective on investment selection and oversight.
