Stephen Weiner

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Stephen Weiner joined TZP Group in July 2023. He began his career in 2017 as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group at Lazard Frères, where he worked on a variety of M&A and restructuring transactions. Prior to business school, he was an Associate with Astra Capital Management, a middle market private equity firm, where he evaluated majority buyout opportunities in the Technology Services and Communications sectors.

Stephen received a B.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, along with a double major (summa cum laude) in Chinese Languages and Literature. He also received an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
