Ketan Patel

MANAGING DIRECTOR, CHIEF TALENT OFFICER

Ketan joined TZP Group in January 2026 and serves as a key member of the firm’s leadership team, partnering closely with portfolio company executives to drive value creation and scalable growth through human capital strategy.

Most recently, Ketan was Chief Human Resources Officer at LaborFirst, a mission-driven, private-equity-backed healthcare company, where he helped scale the organization and earn recognition as a Best Place to Work. He brings deep experience leading global teams through organizational design, transformation, and growth across Fortune 100 and private-equity-backed environments.

Ketan has held senior HR leadership roles at Sysco, Aetna, Estée Lauder, Starbucks, American Express, and Unilever. He also serves on the advisory boards of Executive Networks, Fountain, ChangeEngine, and Journey, and is known as a trusted advisor, relationship builder, and value creator.

Ketan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
