Justin Hinshaw joined TZP Group in July 2020. Justin began his career in 2017 as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer Retail Group at Barclays, where he worked on numerous M&A and financing transactions.

Justin received a B.S. in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill in 2017.
