Water Cooler Group Taps Media Vet Christina Norman to Succeed Antony Young
Ad Age reported that Water Cooler Group, a media services network formed by combining Media Storm with creative and specialist divisions, hired television industry veteran Christina Norman as its new chief executive, succeeding Antony Young. The piece noted Norman previously ran the Oprah Winfrey Network and spent 17 years at MTV Networks, including a term as network president. It also observed that Norman, unlike her predecessor, has no traditional advertising-agency background, and quoted her on the fit with the company: "We were aligned in our approach to dealing with brands."
