TZP Group Leads Recapitalization of Superscapes, a Premier Commercial Landscaping Services Provider

TZP Group and GCP Capital Partners announced completion of a majority recapitalization of Superscapes, a commercial landscaping services provider headquartered in Texas, on April 7, 2025.

Founded in 2000, Superscapes delivers maintenance, enhancement, and installation services across Texas and Arkansas. The company serves HOAs, multi-family communities, mixed-use developments, and commercial properties, and is recognized for its trained workforce and execution on large-scale projects.

Founder and CEO Shawn Clayton stated: "We chose to partner with TZP and its investor group because of our shared values, industry expertise, and proven track record." He emphasized the opportunity to accelerate growth while maintaining service quality.

Gutin and Callahan will join Superscapes' board. The transaction team included Jacob Moon and Ravi Trivedi. William Blair and Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP advised Superscapes. Stephens Inc. and Ferguson Braswell Fraser Kubasta PC advised TZP. TPG Twin Brook and Tree Line Capital Partners provided debt financing.
