Lush Décor Home (fka Triangle Home Fashions) Receives Strategic Investment from TZP Group

Lush Décor Home (fka Triangle Home Fashions) LLC, a designer and distributor of home décor products based in Dayton, NJ, today announced a strategic investment from TZP Capital Partners II, L.P. The company, founded in 2008 by Jenny Zhu Cohen, operates primarily through its Lush Décor brand, offering bedding, pillows, window treatments, bath, and kitchen décor across more than 2,300 stock-keeping units to online and traditional retailers.

"TZP's investment will enable us to better serve our existing and future customers as well as expand the breadth of products that we offer," said CEO Jenny Zhu Cohen, who highlighted plans to strengthen design capabilities, upgrade technology infrastructure, and recruit additional talent as the company neared its tenth anniversary.

"Triangle Home Fashions is an extraordinary combination of exceptional quality home décor products and world class design, sourcing and order fulfillment capabilities," said TZP Group Managing Partner Sam Katz. Vice President Andrew Hollod added that TZP valued the opportunity to support the company's next growth phase.

Lush Décor Home maintains its headquarters and showroom at the Textile Building on Fifth Avenue in New York, with contract manufacturing operations in China and India. The company emphasizes design, quality, and innovation as core principles.

TZP Group, founded in 2007 and managing over $1.3 billion in assets across multiple funds, focuses on business and consumer services investments, targeting closely held private companies where founders retain significant ownership stakes.
