New York, NY – October 15, 2026 – TZP Group (“TZP”) announced today that Results Roofing (“Results” or the “Company”), a leading residential re-roofing platform headquartered in Dallas, Texas, has acquired Journey Builders, a provider of residential re-roofing services across California and Texas. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Los Angeles, California, Journey Builders delivers premium roof replacement services directly to homeowners through a customer-centric, retail-focused model. Journey Builders completes nearly 2,000 projects annually and is supported by a tenured network of independent sales professionals and trusted installation subcontractors. Journey Builders is committed to transparent sales practices, high-quality workmanship and responsive customer service.

The combination creates a well-diversified residential roofing services provider with broader geographic reach, multiple lead-generation sources and the ability to serve both retail and insurance-driven customers. Results’ specialized expertise in insurance-driven re-roofing, supported by its in-house claims management team and proprietary sales training program, complements Journey Builders’ direct-to-homeowner retail model and its established position in the California and Texas markets. Journey Builders will operate under the Results Roofing brand.
