Lush Decor acquires Trans Ocean to expand portfolio

Home Textiles Today reported that Lush Decor acquired rug company Trans Ocean, adding floor décor to its home textiles offering. The transaction also brought designer Liora Manne and Trans Ocean's team into the business, with products continuing through direct-to-consumer channels.
