Force Management Appoints Craig Chumley as Chief Executive Officer and Joe Marcin as Chief Revenue Officer

Charlotte, NC – June 1, 2026 – Force Management, a leading provider of B2B sales transformation solutions, today announced the appointment of Craig Chumley as Chief Executive Officer and Joe Marcin as Chief Revenue Officer.

Chumley joined Force Management in March 2026, bringing more than two decades of go-to-market and general management experience in technology services. Most recently he was CEO of Connext, a technology deployment services provider serving large national chains and multi-site retailers.

“Force Management’s methodologies have shaped how I’ve built and led sales organizations throughout my career, and I’ve seen what they can do for a company’s revenue engine,” said Chumley.

Marcin joined as Chief Revenue Officer to lead Force Management’s commercial organization and drive the company’s go-to-market strategy at the customer level. He has more than 25 years of experience growing enterprise software companies, serving as a revenue leader at businesses with $100 million to $250 million of annual recurring revenue.

Under the new leadership team, Force Management continues to expand its use of AI across its operations and customer-facing solutions. This includes Ascender® Extend, an AI layer that embeds Force Management’s methodology directly into customers’ sales workflows through real-time coaching, deal analysis and workflow automation.
