Antony Young Leaves Mindshare For Media Storm Agency Network
Ad Age reported that advertising executive Antony Young left WPP's Mindshare to become president of Water Cooler Group, the TZP Group-backed agency network that includes Media Storm, Maude, Hip Genius, and Bolt. The piece noted Young would work alongside Water Cooler co-founder Craig Woerz and detailed his plan to diversify the network's client base beyond its entertainment-industry roots. It also observed that the move represented a considerable step down in scale, contrasting Media Storm's revenue with Mindshare's far larger U.S. billings. Young described the opportunity as "growing and pitching business" for the network.
