Launched in October 2026, Pavilion is a national vacation rental company majority-owned by the people who run it. Its 20 founding local companies manage more than 5,000 homes and welcome approximately 50,000 guests each month across vacation destinations in the United States. Each local company stays led by the team that built it while gaining shared technology, data, owner reporting, accounting, revenue management, business development, purchasing and insurance. Pavilion was founded by Stakeholders, the firm started in 2025 to build national companies owned by the people who run them.
