Force Management Announces Key Leadership Changes

Force Management announced executive changes on October 3, 2024. Co-founder Grant Wilson is transitioning to Executive Chairman, focusing on strategic advisory work and sales initiatives. Patrick Manzo, who previously led WorkTango through its 2022 merger with Kazoo and held roles as CRO at Skillsoft and EVP at Monster Worldwide, becomes the new CEO.

Wilson stated: "There are necessary transitions that will allow us to build long-term sustainability and customer value."

Manzo, a Georgetown and Boston College Law graduate with Navy background, expressed enthusiasm about the opportunity. He noted: "Force Management's exceptional capacity to enhance revenue generation for its customers is impressive."

Co-founder John Kaplan remains Managing Partner and will continue advising on strategic growth. Both founders stay actively engaged. The broader executive team remains unchanged.

TZP Group, which acquired Force Management in 2021, supports the transition. TZP Partner Dan Gaspar remarked: "Pat brings a unique and relevant set of skills and experiences that will help lead Force Management to continued growth."

Force Management, founded in 2003, provides sales effectiveness solutions across sectors including Cybersecurity, FinTech, and Business Intelligence. The company operates a sales acceleration platform called Ascender and emphasizes measurable ROI for its clients.

TZP Group manages approximately $2 billion and focuses on control and growth equity investments in technology, business services, and consumer companies since its 2007 founding.
